How Cabo Verde unlocks private capital to build climate resilience using INFF

Small Islands Developing States have suffered $153 billion in losses due to climate-induced disasters, making it a matter of survival to build a climate-resilient future. Cabo Verde is using INFF to enhance climate resilience and pioneer sustainable finance via Blu-X. By raising $40M through innovative bonds and focusing on the blue economy, Cabo Verde inspires SIDS ahead of COP29.
